Clarifications and Terms of Use

This document establishes the definitions, conditions, and limitations that govern the interpretation of the services and content offered by ANML Group. Its purpose is to avoid ambiguities and ensure a uniform understanding among all parties involved.

General Definitions

For the purposes of this document, the following terms shall mean:

«Platform»: the set of digital tools, interfaces, and systems provided by ANML Group for project collaboration and organization.
«User»: any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the platform, whether as a team member or as a project manager.
«Content»: any material, data, text, image, file, or information generated, uploaded, or shared through the platform.

Scope of Services

ANML Group offers digital collaboration tools and creative project organization. The services are provided in their current technical state, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. The user accepts that the platform may require scheduled maintenance or updates that temporarily affect its operation.

Compatibility with all operating systems or browsers is not guaranteed.
The functionalities described in the documentation may vary without prior notice for the benefit of continuous improvement.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All content generated by the user within the platform remains their property. ANML Group does not claim ownership rights over such content, except to the extent necessary to provide the service. However, the user grants ANML Group a limited license to store, process, and display their content solely for operational purposes.

Uploading content that infringes third-party rights, is illegal, or violates public morals and order is prohibited.
ANML Group reserves the right to remove any content that it deems, at its sole discretion, contrary to these terms.
The trademarks, logos, and trade names of ANML Group are the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without express authorization.

Limitation of Liability

ANML Group shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits. This limitation applies even if the possibility of such damages has been advised.

The maximum aggregate liability of ANML Group to a user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so this clause may not apply in its entirety.
The user agrees that the tools are provided «as is» and assumes all risks associated with their use.

Modifications and Validity

ANML Group reserves the right to modify these clarifications at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform or by email at least fifteen days in advance. Continued use of the services after the modifications take effect will imply acceptance of the new conditions.

Previous versions of this document will be archived and available for consultation upon request.
In case of discrepancy between the translated version and the original Spanish version, the latter shall prevail.
If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the remainder of the document shall remain in full force and effect.
